Occasionally you may wish to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product after all, or perhaps there is some other reason why you would not like the order after all. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.
You have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the cost of return from your home to the online store is at your own expense. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@svmpublishing.be We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return provided the product has already been received back in good order.
Should the product be damaged or the packaging damaged more than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is packaged properly when you return it. All damage claims must be reported within 5 days of receiving package.
We will carefully do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. However, not always we manage to fulfill this, sometimes products are out of stock and then the delivery of your order may take a little longer. Should we not meet this delivery time for any reason, we will of course notify you as soon as possible. We count on a maximum delivery time of 5 working days.
Did you place an order with a pre-order? Your shipment will not be shipped until it arrives here as well. Does your order include other books? These will be shipped with the pre-order. 1 order = 1 shipment.
After an order is shipped, we cannot be held responsible for the delivery and it is our partner Bpost or PostNL who handles the shipment.
If you do not receive anything after 7 business days, you have the right to cancel the order and you will be refunded for the full amount. You must prove that the shipment was not received. Deliveries are received if the delivery is on ‘delivered’ with our partner Bpost / PostNL.

Delivery is via the letter carrier or parcel delivery service of Bpost or PostNL. Generally, delivery will take place the next business day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
